An invoice will be provided to the email used for the rental agreement. Payment in full is due prior to your event for guaranteed reservation.

Payment in full is required to hold your reservation for the weekend. Cancellation of your reservation within 30 days of your event is subject to a $100 cancellation fee. No penalty will be applied for a reschedule due to weather or any uncontrollable event. Cancellation within the same day, payment is non refundable.

No worries! We ask you return as many as you rented. If you are unable to return them all, please see our pricing guideline for replacement.

You are required to clean any rental machine involving food. Sheets, blankets, or any fabric will be handled by Owensboro’s Backyard Bash.
If items are returned uncleaned, a $150 cleaning fee will be applied to the customer invoice.

We do! We deliver within the Owensboro city limits, up to 10 miles outside of the city limits. A $20 delivery fee will be applied to the customer invoice.

Once your rental agreement has been signed, you are solely responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment. Owensboro’s Backyard Bash will guarantee properly working equipment prior to pickup or drop-off. Should the equipment malfunction beyond repair due to the fault of the customer, the customer will be charged the cost of equipment replacement. In the circumstance that the equipment breaks due to no fault of the customer, you will need to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the equipment broke due to no fault of their own.

At the moment, we do not help set up. Equipment will be provided complete and ready to assemble.
