  • We offer a wide variety of games and equipment for any event.

    Full weekend rentals include Friday-Sunday night. Timing will be discussed.

  • A deposit for your package will be taken at time of signed rental agreement. An invoice will be provided to the email used for the rental agreement. Payment in full is due prior to your event for guaranteed reservation.

  • A rental deposit is required to hold the booking and must be paid using a valid credit or debit card. This deposit will serve as security for the equipment and is fully refundable within five (5) business days after the Equipment is returned and deemed to be in good working order. - If the booking is cancelled 21 days or more before the scheduled event, the deposit will be fully refunded. - If the booking is cancelled between 15 and 20 days before the scheduled event, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. - If the booking is cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled event, the deposit will be non-refundable.

  • No worries! We ask you return as many as you rented. If you are unable to return them all, please see our pricing guideline for replacement.

    • 25 or more missing - $5

    • 50 or more missing - $10

    • 75 or more missing - $20

    • 100 or more missing - $40

  • You are required to clean any rental machine involving food. Sheets, blankets, or any fabric will be handled by Owensboro’s Backyard Bash.

    If items are returned uncleaned, a $25 cleaning fee will be applied to the customer invoice.

  • Yes. Delivery is available for a $25 fee within Owensboro and Daviess County. Setup & Delivery Policy Our rentals are DIY by design. Items are provided as-is and setup and breakdown are the responsibility of the renter. This approach allows us to keep rental costs affordable.

    For delivery orders, an on-site recipient is required at the scheduled delivery time. We do not leave items unattended and will not complete delivery if no one is present to receive them. Please ensure availability when selecting your delivery window.

  • Renters are responsible for all equipment from pickup to return. If an item is returned damaged, broken, or missing, the renter will be charged for repair or replacement costs. Normal wear and tear is expected—we’re talking actual damage, not a scuffed Cornhole board from having fun. Please treat all items like they’re yours… or better. Because technically, they are while you have them.

  • At the moment, we do not help set up. Equipment will be provided complete and ready to assemble.
